On Wednesday, June 19th, we hosted our latest Traffic Suite User Group meeting. It was a dynamic and interactive session, attended both in person and virtually, where we reviewed our traffic order management solution and discussed how to further enhance its capabilities.
Ease of Use
One of the central themes of our discussion was the general ease of use of Traffic Suite. Many attendees expressed their appreciation for how intuitive the software is, making their work processes much smoother and more efficient.
Simplifying Bureaucratic Processes
David from Lambeth shared a compelling story about how Traffic Suite has helped simplify an overly bureaucratic process within their operations. The automation and streamlined workflows have significantly reduced the time and effort required, allowing their team to focus on more critical tasks.
Streamlining Freedom of Information Requests
Wendy from Kingston & Sutton highlighted the efficiency Traffic Suite brings to handling Freedom of Information (FoI) requests. With Traffic Suite, they can now manage these requests much more easily, saving substantial time and resources. This improvement not only boosts productivity but also enhances their responsiveness and service quality.
