AppyWay is committed to protecting your privacy in all our dealings with you, whether through our website’s online career opportunities pages or through direct contact with our employees. When using our website’s career opportunities pages, we want you to have a safe and secure experience. We will store your data, for recruitment purpose only, in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for as long as necessary.

The information we collect and how we use it

We collect your personal details, including but not limited to your name and contact details (together with your email address) and your Curriculum Vitae (‘CV’), which may on occasion include sensitive personal information such as details of criminal convictions and ethnic origin. We will likely obtain further personal information about you during the course of our relationship with you. This information may be obtained from you directly or from third parties, such as recruitment organisations to whom you have provided your CV and who you have engaged with as part of your job application to AppyWay. We will store your data only for as long as necessary.

AppyWay is a trading name of Yellow Line Parking LTD, which is a private limited company registered under the laws of England and Wales. Should the ownership of AppyWay change, you will be notified and the implications for your information explained. We may share your information with any member of the AppyWay Group. Except in the case of complying with a legal or regulatory requirement, AppyWay does not and will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent.

Your Rights

You have the right to request a copy of any personal information that we hold on record about you free of charge, though for repeated requests of the same information or requests that become excessive we have the right to apply a small administrative charge to process the request. You must first put this in writing to us in order that we can process your request. Where we have good reason, and if the GDPR permits, we can refuse your request for a copy of your personal information, or certain elements of the request. If we refuse your request or any element of it, we will provide you with our reasons for doing so.

You also have the right to have any of your personal information that we hold about you rectified, updated or completed if anything we hold is incorrect, this includes having your information erased in the event you no longer want us to hold anything on record unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons.
